Simulation produce a "dataset" of output values for every place as times series data. This allows you to visualize data on the model by using Cell Animator for later comparison.

Cell Animator has no built-in lmitations. It's free for academic use because we want to make it easier for more people to learn system biology.

There was a mention of restrictions on the model that could be used on GenomicObjectNet. What is/are the restrictions?

The restriction of publicly available GenomicObjectNet is, you can not edit and run a model that exceed a thousand components on the GenomicObjectNet. Here, components mean places and arcs and transitions of Petri net that we used for the core architecture in GenomicObjectNet.

I'm running windows under VMware on linux host operating system. Your program actually crashed my VMware session. I also ran it on a pure Windows 2000 machine, but this is a PentiumII 266MHz with 192MB. This one just ran very slowly and became not responsive and had to be killed.
